Preparations at the farmhouse
One of Nor's sisters, Vanessa, is an amazing make-up artist based in Buckinghamshire and Nor and the bridal party looked absolutely stunning.
Wedding suits by Peter Posh
Dan chose The Shrewsbury Suit from Peter Posh based in the Midlands. The burnt orange ties really complimented the bridesmaid dresses and the floral design.
Beautiful lace wedding dress by Allure
Nor found her Wilderly wedding dress at The Dressing Rooms Bridal in Birmingham. The detail in the lace is absolutely stunning and Nor looked beautiful.
Personal ceremony in the garden
We love an intimate celebrant led wedding and Nor and Dan's ceremony was so personal to them as their celebrant was a close friend. The best bit was a reading by their best friends giving lots of funny details of Nor and Dan's relationship which made everyone laugh a lot! Another favourite moment of mine was when Nor arrived at the end of the aisle with her Mum and Dan complimented her Mum first before saying hello to Nor, what a charmer!
Their wedding was set within the beautiful backdrop of the Chiltern hills area of natural beauty. The sunset at the end of the day was really spectacular - a moment we always love to capture.
Drinks and ice-cream reception in the tipi
During the planning, Nor and Dan said the most important element for their wedding was for their guests to have fun! They kicked off the celebrations with ice-cream and drinks which the guests certainly enjoyed. The amazing tipi was supplied by one of my old school friends from The Rural Wedding Group.
Wedding photos with beautiful border collie dog
When Nor and Dan said their beautiful border collie dog Penny was coming to their wedding reception for some wedding photos and shots for their wedding video, I was very excited! Having a border collie myself, I knew this would be one of my favourite parts of the day - seeing Nor and Dan celebrate their love with their 4 legged friend made everyone smile. Penny was a natural in front of the camera too!
Wedding photos on the farm
Being on a farm, Kaye from Fordtography couldn't resist some photos with the cows. Being naturally inquisitive, the cows helped make the photos very funny. These moments are why I love filming weddings because they are the ones you don't foresee prior to the day - so much fun! Kaye was wonderful on the day and really knew how to put everyone at ease in front of the camera.
Nor's family are very talented and another of her sisters, Georgie from Lovell Floristry, created all the beautiful bouquets for the special day. The peach roses looked stunning against the greenery and the daisies.
Street food, festival style wedding reception
Nor and Dan said they were planning a very relaxed wedding reception with a more relaxed wedding breakfast. They chose 3 street food vans: taco truck, pizza and fish and chips - yummy!
The ultimate tipi wedding party
I always love the party and Nor and Dan's dancefloor was one of my favourites ever! All their guests got involved dancing to the brilliant band The Faulkners.
